What changed
The Home Office published a new fees table dated 8 October 2026. It shows no change to fees for Skilled Worker, Health and Care Worker, indefinite leave to remain or certificates of sponsorship. The amounts in force are the ones that rose on 8 April 2026. For example, indefinite leave to remain is £3,226 per person, up from £3,029 before April.
Who it affects
People applying for a Skilled Worker or Health and Care Worker visa, an extension, or settlement, and their partners and children, who pay the same fee as the main applicant on these routes.
When it starts
These fees have applied since 8 April 2026 and are unchanged in the table that applies from 8 October 2026.
What it does not change
The 8 October 2026 table does not raise any of these fees. Health and Care Worker visa holders and their dependants still do not pay the immigration health surcharge.
