About Norvo

Who it is for

Skilled workers in the UK, especially in health and care, and the families who came with them. Rules change often and the official pages are hard to follow. Norvo tells you what changed, who it affects and when, and helps you keep an eye on your sponsor's licence and your own dates.

Information, never advice

Norvo explains the rules and points to regulated help. It never tells anyone what to do in their own case. Only a regulated adviser can do that, and many give free advice.

What we promise

• No adverts, no selling data, and no tracking.
• No employer accounts, and no employer ever sees anything about a member.
• Every factual claim links to its official source.
• Corrections are published openly, never made silently.
• At least half of our advisory board will be migrant workers, and migrant workers test every major feature.

The least data we can

We never ask for your passport, BRP, eVisa or Certificate of Sponsorship number, and you do not need to give your real name. Your visa dates are locked with a key our database never sees. You can download everything we hold about you, or delete your account, at any time in the app.

How updates are checked

We watch GOV.UK and Parliament for changes to the Immigration Rules, guidance and fees. A person checks every update against its official source before it is published, and the update shows who checked it. Critical updates are checked by two people. If we get something wrong, we correct it openly: see corrections.

Independent

Norvo does not work for employers, recruiters or the Home Office. It is being set up as a community interest company, with migrant workers in how it is run.
